As you can tell, I'm not doing a great job at keeping up to date with this blog! I figure if I post every three months, something exciting will have happened! Okay - probably not!
We at least wanted to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas! We began our holiday season back in November when Thanksgiving doubled as the Rigby family Christmas! Since everyone was heading to Florida to be with Erica, Ryan and Chase for the arrival of Baby Olivia, we celebrated early. It was a great day filled with food and of course, ping pong (it just wouldn't be a family get-together without it!
We then survived the shopping season and finally made it to December 25th (but not after a quiet Christmas Eve with pizza delivery!!). This year we spent Christmas morning at our apartment, which is the first time since we got married! It was incredible! The kitties enjoyed playing in the tree and knocking all of the ornaments down! It was different not to spend Christmas Day with Ryan's family, but it was nice to spend the entire day with my side of the family! It's always great to watch the kids open their gifts! We hope you all had a great holiday and here's to a safe and healthy 2008! Before the year ends, we'll try to do a "year in review post" for everyone that is far away!!
